Terms & Conditions:
Locals Multi Pass discounts are also not valid on: Combos, Sale Items, Private Lessons, Ice Hire, Private Hire/Events, Birthday Parties, Event Tickets, School Groups Bookings.
Those purchasing Local Multi Passes must show proof of address (living in the Central Otago area) upon collection of their Pass at the QIA.
Locals Multi Passes must be in the last name of the person purchasing/utilizing the card.
Pass may be used for anyone in the Pass holders immediate family (mother, father, sister, brother, children). ID must be provided upon entry.
Pass must be present when entering the ice arena - $20 replacement fee if lost.
Any person(s) found to be on the ice without a QIA entry stamp (or the correct number of computer gate scans logged against the Pass on the day) will have their concession card immediately revoked without refund. Future concession cards will not be able to be purchased by the offending party).
Pass must be physically scanned to receive any discount.
Passes are valid for the 2024 ice season. Any unused scans on passes will not transfer into the next season.
Please be advised that refunds are not provided in instances such as injuries that prevent the utilization of the pass prior to its expiration.
